I don’t know if anyone read the e-mail that Palin wrote a couple of years ago urging the firing of her former brother-in-law. I did, and one thing I noticed was when Palin was describing multiple incidents, she described them as “incidences.” Not one time; not two times; not three times, but four times according to my count. The woman does not know the plural form of the word “incident.” Incidence means a casual occurrence or matter.
An incident is a distinct occurrence.
Bright woman.
